Rumors are swirling that Christina had a miscarriage scare (or possibly a premature birth scare). She was having premature contractions and even had some spotting at her baby shower on the 10th! Here’s hoping everything is okay for the popstar, although based on how often she was out and about after that shower, I’m assuming things are going good for her again. Keep that baby safe girl!
Christina and Jordan went out to dinner again in LA. This time they went to Amalfi, dressed down and loving each other every minute. They even asked a couple to take their picture while they were eating! AWWW!!
Not one to sit still very long before she was pregnant, it looks like Christina’s making no moves to slow down now that she is pregnant. The starlet was spotted out shopping again in Beverly Hills yesterday.
Okay, I’m going to admit I think I’m finally over her getting super made up to go out shopping. The whole thing just sort of seems fake to me. She puts on ten pounds of makeup, dolls herself up and heads out to shop for the hundredth time, and I have to wonder.
Doesn’t she have assistants to do some of her shopping for her? Don’t pregnant women want to sit around in sweats eating whatever the hell they want and enjoying the moments before they’ll get no sleep because junior will be crying and eating and pooping through the night?
Can you tell I have no kids?
Even though the curve for celebs is rather steep in how they’re supposed to look and act, it would seem Christina’s pushing it past the limit. Rumors of Jordan being worried about her are flying across the internet, and I’m starting to see why. Sit down, put your feet up, wipe that shit off your face and enjoy your pregnancy girl!
With speculation hitting a fever pitch (hah!), everyone can stop the wondering. Christina Milan has confirmed that her pal Xtina will be adding a little baby boy to the Bratman household come January.
“Her son is going to be pretty lucky because his mom … she’s just awesome!” Us Magazine quoted the singer as saying.
Poor Christina Aguilera … from having Paris Hilton out her pregnancy to having another “friend” out the sex of the baby, she can’t seem to keep anything secret for long!
Are you going to Rock The Vote in 2008? It looks like Christina Aguilera is! She was spotted at the national launch of the campaign Tuesday, looking hot in her dark green dress, black tights and her trademark heels. She’s still keeping silent about her official due date, but as she’s already having baby showers and her belly is as big as it is, I’m sticking with my January prediction instead of the “barely six months” nods some other gossip rags are giving her.
The Rock The Vote 2008 launch was held at Kitson in West Hollywood, by the way. Which is a hip and trendy boutique to the stars. Why the launch was held there is anyone’s guess, unless they figured they’d get the max participation that way, what with the paparazzi stationed outside at all times and so many stars coming in and out, they wouldn’t even need to advertize or send out invites!
We’d already spotted Gwen and Gavin heading to the party, and now tons more pictures from the first of three extravagant baby showers have been surfacing, revealing she’s most definitely having a boy.
From blue balloons to banners, there is no doubt in anyone’s mind the tiny popstar will be birthing a little Jordy come the new year, but that didn’t stop her from keeping it a secret from us (which I’m sure she still will try to do). My favorite part of the party? She had several drag queens perform for guests! These performers happen to be some of the most famous queens in LA, so it must have been a real treat to have them at the shower! Too bad there’s no pics of them performing!
Hopefully I’ll be able to find more guest pictures around the net, because I’m really curious to see who showed up for the carnival-themed bash.
Now that she’s spilled the beans on her pregnancy (and not a moment too soon!), Christina’s been seen smiling and giggling a lot more often, and Friday night was no exception. She was spotted heading to an upscale restaurant in Santa Monica with her mother and brother in tow, as well as her ever-present (and seldom speaking) husband Jordan Bratman. I wonder what sort of business he’s been up to lately, now that their little Brat-bundle is about to enter the picture. Here’s hoping he can take some time off to be with mama and babe!
As for mama Christina, she’d better lay off those heels pretty soon, because that can’t be good for the vericose veins and back aches! And girl better get herself a bigger bra to cover up those ever-expanding tatas, because it looks to me like they’re about ready to pop out of that dress!!
Not that anyone had any doubts at this point, but Christina has finally confirmed her pregnancy! People reports the news:
In an interview with Glamour magazine, the 26-year-old singer-songwriter, who has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide, says that she intends to be a working mom who’ll “balance” caring for her child and tending to her career, reports the BBC.
“I want to get it right,” she is quoted as saying.
Describing the reaction of the father-to-be – Aguilera’s husband, music executive Jordan Bratman, 30 – she says, “He’s thrilled! He’s just great.”
Aguilera also says she finds Bratman (who, like her, hails from New York) “so supportive and amazing through everything. He came with me on the last leg of the tour and he was my support system. … I gush. I’m a lucky girl.”
I’m glad she finally confirmed it, but it almost seems like overkill at this point. She was milking all the press, and now it’s not going to be as big a deal. Which is I guess not a huge deal, because she’s due sometime at the beginning of the new year, so she deserves the holidays to relax and get huge in private.
And then hopefully she’ll put out a new album so we have some new news to occupy ourselves.
Christina’s finally needing some help up and down the stairs, and lucky for her Jordan’s there to help her out. The pair were spotted taking a shortcut through a back alley the other night.
How cute is this growing family?!?! The couple hit up Hyde’s Halloween party last night dressed to the nine’s with Christina’s baby bump taking center stage. Just kidding! We all know it was her boobs that stole the show! And who else is super excited for the return of the big afro-weave?!?
While most moms in Hollywood were trying to figure out ways to keep their kids out of the paparazzi glare while still having fun trick or treating, Christina was headed to a baby-doc checkup. I’m really not a fan of those red leggings, and it surprises me that she’d be so fashion backwards when heading out, as she’s been the picture of cute pregnancy clothes recently. Ah well, everyone’s got to have their day of bad fashion I guess.
Pretty soon we’ll be seeing the mama heading to and from the doctor a lot more often, too, as the closer you get towards birth, the more often you have to go. This may actually be the only way we can tell how far along she is!
Christina and her husband Jordan were out shopping AGAIN this weekend, hitting several stores (including AAA Billiards … presumably for Jordan) before heading home. And once again she’s carrying a coffee cup, hopefully with decaffeinated drinkage in it. I’d hate to think she’s dumb enough to drink caffeine, but with all we’ve heard lately of young mothers doing stupid things (cough, Britney Spears, cough) anything’s possible I guess.
Christina Aguilera was spotted out and about with her growing belly on Friday … and carrying yet another potential caffeinated drink! I really hope it’s got Sprite in it, but with this beauty, you never know. I’d hate to think she’s gone the way of fellow Disney starlet Britney Spears, not taking care of herself and her child!

With miss Christina keeping her growing belly pretty under wraps today, I thought it would be a good time to recap what all the other pregnant starlets are out doing!
Halle Berry’s had a busy week! Today she was helping Roberto Cavalli celebrate his newest fashion collection, but she’s been spotted all over town showing off her belly.
Sasha Baren Cohen and his longtime girlfriend Isla Fisher had a little girl last Wednesday, and named her Olive. She never officially confirmed her pregnancy either, so Christina’s in some good starlet company with her decision to keep mum.
David Allen Grier and his wife are expecting! They just got married in July, and already a baby … congrats to the happy couple!
Baby Spice became Mama Spice about ten weeks ago, and is showing off her little man, tragically named Beau Jones. Really?
